"Seeing the fragile jewel of the Earth hanging in the blackness of space..."

Last night, Jonathan, Chris, and I went to see In the Shadow of the Moon, a documentary about the Apollo moon missions. It was basically a series of interviews with most of the astronauts who were on the actual spacecraft that orbited and landed on the moon. It was educational, fascinating, and very entertaining. It made me want to call my parents and ask what it was like to be alive to experience it; and also wonder if my generation will ever have such a proud, defining moment.
