Stick Around and See This Night Through

Peter, Bjorn, & John

In the summertime, there are tons of free concerts in SLC, usually local artists; but sometimes, a really cool band comes through. On August 2nd, that really cool band was Peter, Bjorn, & John. They're a Swedish trio who, in my opinion, released the best indie-pop album of the year. It was an outdoor show at The Gallivan Center (which has outdoor ice skating in the winter), and there were tons of people there. The opening band was Apostle of Hustle, a very eclectic band, whose best songs were the ones that rocked the hardest. Once PB&J came out, we spent the rest of the evening dancing around without a care and enjoying the tunes. Oh, and there was beer, too.
