This really hasn't been a great year for snow in Utah, but we've been trudging on anyway, despite a few bushes and rocks showing through. Nick and I were already planning to hit Powder Mountain today, so we were extra delighted to wake up this morning to see a few inches of new powder outside. There was even more on the mountain, which made for some really nice carving. It was the fullest day of boarding I've had since I've been back. The little guy working the lift even had to remind us they were closing soon. These are the days that make me want to take leave until May.
