Breaking Bread

At Trevan's birthday party, I met a guy named Rob who, in August, opened a deli with two of his friends. They're still just starting out, so they're only open Monday through Friday, from 11 AM to 4 PM. Since I'm usually working then, I wasn't sure I'd get a chance to sample some of their cuisine. Luckily, I was running errands in SLC today, and dropped in for an avacado provolone sandwich.
Oh. My. Goodness.
This was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. So if you ever find yourself in downtown SLC during the week, hit up Gusto! Take-Away. You'll support my friend, a small business, and get a scrumptious lunch.
